THE LIVING SHANTI DOSHA TEST

I'm from Russia and my Mom was really into Ayurveda, so I grew up taking herbs on a regular basis. These are natural products, not some drug, so they give benefits on a deep level. Its better to take them for a few months to get the full effect. I find that the Triphala helps to keep my digestion strong and working regularly, and if I eat too much late at night, it helps me from feeing dull in the morning. I also take Ashwagandha, which helps me to handle stress, feel calmer and sleep better. It helps me especially during exams at school. The Satavari, which is for women's health, really helps to smooth out my monthly cycle. I don't have menstrual cramps when it take it, but the results are better if I take it the whole month, rather than just during my cycle. I used to smoke, so I thought it would be good for my body to cleanse each organ. So I've taken the Arjuna for my heart and circulation, Kalamegh and Kali Musali to support liver functions, and Tulasi  and Kalamegh for my lungs.
